Jakob Apelian – Sensible Chaos
Born on an Akai MPC 3000, raised on breaks. Stockholm's Jakob Apelian builds a strong rhythmic frame for filtered melodies and vocal fragments on the title track, stretches out on All My Dreams, and settles into scattered drums on My Belongings, which Placid Angles then lifts into something brighter and more propulsive. Body and inward weather. His sound has grown from deep house into spacious, sample-led, speed garage-adjacent territory.
