Jesse Bru – Sleazy F.M
90s house through a hip-hop producer's ears. Vancouver's Jesse Bru builds big beats and filtered vocals on Feel It, slows to sultry on In a Moment, goes choppy and euphoric on Noodle King, then rolls home dreamily on the title track. Groove, memory and melodic ease, functional and intimate at once. Rooted in house and deep house, he turns sampling, vocal fragments and melodic loops into a fluid four-to-the-floor language.
