VA – LYAM CUTS-1
Four producers, four shades of house. Sam Paradise opens with detuned lo-fi samples and heavy kicks, Nu-Cleo follows at 3 a.m. with a hypnotic acid bassline, Gloved Hands goes leftfield with bouncing synths and broken beat, and Rick Wade closes with a refined, shimmering deep house groove. Club craftsmanship in compact form. The fifth Last Year At Marienbad release gathers four distinct but connected perspectives, from lo-fi sample work to classic deep house.
