Melchior Sultana – Self Reflection
Ten tracks from a multi-instrumentalist's head. Maltese producer Melchior Sultana moves from glittering uplift on Chill through acid-tinged tension on Mirage and Switch Up, vocal house on You & I and Dogma, a skippier frame on Heads Up and a dancefloor turn on Remember The Floor. Deep house, techno and soul-jazz, warm and meditative. Don't Look Back and Module close an album that treats rhythm, harmony and atmosphere as carefully arranged space.
