Moonee – Sandquest

Moonee's first full length for Oath, and his widest. François Lefevre's melodic house stretches into broken beat, skipping rhythm and acid: spacious drums on Ouzo, bright house on Balagne and Light on Earth, a warped drift on Black Roses, late-night sway on Evening World, and an acid-leaning groove on Abondance to close. Arcadie's soft drums and graceful keys and the title track's faster, emotive pulse widen the range further still.
